- The heat exchanger coils are made of high-quality copper alloy (C12200) for optimal heat exchange efficiency. The copper tubes are 5/8 inch in diameter, which is sufficient to prevent clogging.
- The enclosed coils feature a modular design, with each bundle weighing less than 40 kg, making them lightweight and easy to install and maintain.
- The system employs an alternating fin arrangement, where cooling water is first cooled by the fins and then by the closed-loop coils, maintaining optimal heat exchange efficiency. This reduces the number of coils and significantly lowers the overall weight of the tower.
- The standard coil wall thickness is 0.5t, other thicknesses are optional.
