KCC Crossflow Closed-Circulation Cooling Tower
A counter-flow closed-loop cooling tower is a cooling device in which the process fluid circulates in a closed loop within coils, and the fluid does not come into direct contact with the air or spray water. The spray water flows from top to bottom, while the air flows in the opposite direction from bottom to top, forming a counter-current with the water. Through evaporation and heat exchange, the heat inside the coils is carried away.
Feature Description
- Improved cooling efficiency: The closed-loop tube design effectively solves the problem of scale buildup affecting heat conduction and stabilizes cooling efficiency.
- Improved production efficiency: Clean cooling water eliminates the need for special downtime maintenance of production equipment, reducing downtime losses.
- Reduce management and maintenance costs: It is not necessary to maintain all heat exchangers of production equipment; only the cooling tower needs to be cleaned. Centralized management can reduce maintenance costs.
- Energy savings: Utilizing natural atmospheric heat dissipation reduces the amount of chiller used and saves on electricity costs.
